When does the program start?
The High Level Designer begins as a cohort-based 8-week experience on January 11, 2026. Once you enroll, you’ll receive onboarding instructions and access to your first module once the program opens.
What if I can’t attend the live calls?
No worries, every live session is recorded and uploaded to your portal within 48 hours. You’ll still receive the coaching, feedback, and insights via email even if you can’t join live.
Is this program suitable for beginners?
This program is best for designers who have basic to intermediate design knowledge who want to elevate their skills, positioning, and quality to a premium level. If you’re brand new to design, you can still join but expect to be challenged and elevated. Come with confidence and determination to go high level.
What software or tools will I need?
We will be working with Adobe Creative Suite, Honeybook and Canva (if needed). Please prepare for any monthly fees these apps will require. You will also need a desktop or laptop computer (Apple is preferred) and a positive, determined attitude.
How long do I have program access?
You receive lifetime access to all lessons, templates, guides, replays, and resources even after the 8 weeks end. You can revisit the content anytime as your skills evolve.
Is there a payment plan available?
Yes. Multiple payment options are offered to ensure the program is accessible while maintaining the premium quality of support and experience. You can pay in full or do 3 monthly installments instead.
When is the enrollment deadline?
You can enroll in the program up until the first day of access on January 11, 2026. After the program begins, unfortunately you will have
to wait until the next cohort to enroll.
When does the program end?
Because the program starts January 11, 2026 and it's 8 weeks of learning, the last day of The High Level Designer is March 9, 2026 with graduation day being on March 11, 2026. Please plan accordingly.
do you offer refunds?
Unfortunately, there are no refunds once your payment has been made (or once your installment plan begins). The good thing is, you will still have access to the course! Just pop in and see what we're doing from time to time or gift a loved one with access on your behalf.
How much time do i need each week?
Most students spend 3–6 hours per week between lessons, implementation, and the live session. However, the pace is flexible and designed to work around your schedule. Even if you miss a week, your modules remain unlocked, the replays are available, and you have lifetime access to catch up whenever you’re ready.
